Every time I have a problem with an online casino, I filed a complaint on the Guru website and my complaint was immediately taken care of. The Guru member who takes care of my complaint follows up regularly, works hard for the casino to respond. Last time, it was thanks to Guru that the Casino for which I filed a complaint paid me the money they owed me. Very grateful to Guru!

Pledoo has a smooth, easy to navigate layout which I really enjoy and my favourite part about their site is how simple it is to find the new slot games content. By putting the new games at the beginning of their games list it eliminates having to aimlessly hunt through all the sites menus.
