No good at all bad customer service

I contacted casinomeister in April 2024 over a dispute about unpaid winnings dating back to January 2024 having initially being given the run-around by the casino, to in recent weeks, being blanket ignored. Nobody would respond to my messages, emails, calls and I was at my wits end.Everything about using their Player Arbitration Service (PAB) is clearly laid out and easy to follow. They promptly did what they stated they would and kept me updated at each step. I was informed almost immediately that the casino in question didn’t hold a current casino licence which didn’t bode well for me getting my money as they’re not bound by any regulatory framework. So I didn’t get my hopes up.Yet within 9 days of lodging my complaint with Casinomeisters PAB service, I received an email from the casino confirming my winnings were back in my account able to be withdrawn. Additionally, and quite unexpectedly, the casino also resolved an additional issue I had being arguing with them in tandem to my winnings dispute, over being overcharged on USD deposits and some unauthorised transactions on my card. This wasn’t even included in the PAB I lodged as I intended to dispute this via my bank after I’d received my winnings. But I didn’t need to as they did the right thing on both counts.I can only attribute this to the team at casinomeister, and to the clout of the PAB forcing their hand. So after beating my head against a brick wall for MONTHS, literally causing me no end of stress and angst, in the space of TEN DAYS, I had USD $4790 paid back to me thanks to Max and the casinomeister team and the amazing free PAB Service they offer. I cannot thank or recommend them highly enough!

Well 1st off I would like to say that the customer service is so crossed with improper management , then the employees are not working together there ,don't invest to much time there because when you just Babel and the wrong thing comes out, they close your account and leave you in the dust just like there original plan is from the very beginning

I love this site, the wins are great, bonus could be better, but the customer service via Facebook messenger is top notch! Highly recommend!
