Casino accepted my deposit of $42, after winning $600 the casino immediately closed my account and voided winnings. All this happen when being a verified user and made deposit previously. Not recommended . I can't log back in as you also blocked my access when indeed my account details are correct and verified

I won a little over $300 on one spin, redeemed $295 on 6/30/2025 at 3:12 am. Today it's been over 15 business days and I keep getting the same message as everyone else here has apparently been getting.What I want to know is, how can you say that according to your Terms and Rules, etc. redemptions MAY take UP TO 14 BUSINESS DAYS, yet, most of the people on HERE have been waiting for way longer than that! As per your own T&C, YOU ARE IN VIOLATION! I really like TMF, but if they can't uphold their own T&C with regard to their redemption practices they are obviously not acting in good faith and cannot be trusted.I was REALLY counting on that $ and cannot afford to wait MONTHS for it to be deposited into my acct.PLEASE fix whatever it is or hire more ppl to handle your "supposed" backlog, as this failure to redeem our money in a timely and reasonable fashion is definitely not the honorable way to treat your customers. Are you familiar with the adage "the customer is always right"? We are right and should not be subjected to such disrespectful and discounted behavior by a (once) reputable business.The "cookie cutter" responses you continually respond with are insulting. We, your CUSTOMERS, your bread and butter, deserve our redemptions within the time frame stated in your own T&C and are not placated by your "spin doctors" useless, condescending rhetoric. DO BETTER!UPDATE!!!On Aug 4 my redemption was finally completed. I did pester the hell out of them once daily for the last week or so. Was thrilled to finally see the deposit! All I can say is keep on it, they will get your money to you!Have since updated my review to 4 stars. Had this unfortunate delay not occurred, they would have gotten 5 stars.
