So I'm only giving 4 stars at the moment because I haven't yet had time to play on Betflip as of yet. But as I was skimming through this site, and what I can see, they have a great selection of games and providers that I played on at other sites some are my favorite games to play, easy to maneuver their site. I won a little over $300 on one spin, redeemed $295 on 6/30/2025 at 3:12 am. Today it's been over 15 business days and I keep getting the same message as everyone else here has apparently been getting.What I want to know is, how can you say that according to your Terms and Rules, etc. redemptions MAY take UP TO 14 BUSINESS DAYS, yet, most of the people on HERE have been waiting for way longer than that! As per your own T&C, YOU ARE IN VIOLATION! I really like TMF, but if they can't uphold their own T&C with regard to their redemption practices they are obviously not acting in good faith and cannot be trusted.I was REALLY counting on that $ and cannot afford to wait MONTHS for it to be deposited into my acct.PLEASE fix whatever it is or hire more ppl to handle your "supposed" backlog, as this failure to redeem our money in a timely and reasonable fashion is definitely not the honorable way to treat your customers. Are you familiar with the adage "the customer is always right"?
