I had a issue with a casino site, (unpaid winnings)I contacted Casino guru, they listened to my side of the argument and had made attempts to reach the casino site, they stayed with me checking up on updates and kept trying to establish contact with said site. The matter finally got resolved even tho the casino site never acknowledged the complaint from casino guru I believe if never reached out for help there would be a very good chance I would still be trying to collect my winnings.

€5 free bonus had max. €10 withdraw. Very little limit. I got later some other no deposit, no wagering bonus. Won €30. I tried to withdraw and i had to send bill, proof of id and proof of deposit. Later they told i need to send selfie where i keep a4 paper with betzest text and id and proof of deposit pdf. They verified my account and balance went €0. They said i played after got winning from free spins. Can keep only winnings from free spins.
