Let’s start with when I open an account with these guys more than two years ago. I played that account a few times within those first two years all of a sudden one day it wouldn’t open when I was starting to play more. I contacted their support team. They couldn’t help me sometimes they wouldn’t even get in the chat. One of them told me to make another account and they would close that one that wouldn’t open so I did message them once I did and they told me just to play that one so I did I said will you please delete the other one so if I happen to win, you guys won’t deny my winnings because I have two accounts open? They said don’t worry We’ll take care of it. I took screenshots the next day the account that I just opened that they told me to use wouldn’t open. It kept giving me an error message. I asked them about this and they said to play my other one with the other username and I said you guys close that one they said no we didn’t. You’re supposed to use that one and I said, but it doesn’t open they go try again so I did which was weird and it opened The one that I was supposed to play that I just made didn’t open so I said OK. this is weird. What happens if I win and I don’t get to cash out because of this they said that won’t happen you let us know. This is our mistake. We will fix it and we will also see that you just opened and you hit us up and asked us to help you make it so you doing the right thing and only have one account.
