More importantly, withdrawals are generally quick but not instant like they're sometimes advertised. I've withdrawn winnings maybe 4 or 5 times and its ranged from an hour to 6 hours. I will say, they dont have the greatest customer support. I often get conflicting information from different agents and I often get the sense they dont know the answers to my questions but answer them anyways. i knowe this happened at least once when I was inquiring about thes status of a submitted withdrawal about an hour after i requested it on a Saturday and I was told they only process withdrawals on weekdays because banks are close on weekends...even though it was a crypto withdrawal and even though I had received a withdrawal on a weekend previously.
